Frequently asked questions

If you do not find the answer to your question, write to support@intervedia.com

1) if there is an archive with files – unpack the archive and write the files to the server

2) the necessary files are in the output folder. They cannot be deleted and renamed (the output folder itself can be renamed)

3) call on the necessary page in the frame (<iframe> …) of the executing html-file (usually it is 1.html). This can be a file on your server or a remote server. 4) Frame height can be any size, but preferably 540, 720 or 1080 pixels in height.

You can. It is not necessary for your partner to upload 3D-objects to your hosting, it’s enough to use links. It’s pretty simple to do this:

1) if there is an archive with files, unpack the archive and write the files to the server. Call on the necessary page in the frame (<iFrame> …) of the executing html-file (usually it is 1.html).

2) if there are only references to objects on the partner’s server, the corresponding link is placed in the frame.

3) frame size in height can be any, but preferably 540, 720 or 1080 pixels in height.

Integration options:

  1. Frame
  2. Directly to the CMS structure

In any of these cases it is necessary to place the configurator (preferably) in a separate directory on the hosting.

In order to insert the configurator on the site, you need:
1. In the WordPress admin panel open on the required page the editor that you are using in the mode
“Text” or “Code” (NOT visual editing),
2. Paste the frame code sent to you and save the changes.
